Overall, I was pleased with the capability and form of this hose reel. I would have favorite more flexibility in the mounting as the mounting pattern is narrow and fixed, requiring your wall studs to match the dimensions of the reel (mine didn't of course, so I had to improvise). I also think longer screws than in case,granted are certainly needed for the top mounting locations since they stand off farther from the mounting surface.

Other than that, the unit is stable and easy to use once installed and holds a primary amount of hose.
